Sloth like obesity is also a problem. However, the problem of leanness is not as big as obesity. Compared to obese people, lean people often get sick and they are more likely to stay alive for longer days. However, if the skeleton of body bones appears a bit, then understand that some musculature is needed. In the right proportion, muscular body is appropriate in terms of health and beauty.




The leanness of the body can be overcome by proper improvement in diet. Some people are lean and thin with the influence of their family. The internal structure of their body is such that they can not eat fat enough to eat and drink but they do not look fat. It is difficult to overcome the leanness of such people, but it is not impossible.

Before creating a program to remove leakage, it should be seen that it is not so because of any disease. If there is a disease then take the remedy to correct it first. It is more likely that leanness will also be removed even after getting health. If leanness persists even after the recovery of the disease, then take advantage of the measures suggested in this chapter. There is leanness even when there is no special disease, eating it behind or starving, eating nutritious food, staying up late at night, resting less or working more than capacity, fasting, stress-anxiety- Lack of life in mourning, digestive power may be weak, etc. 



This means that if the above reasons are to be responsible, then along with trying to remove the leanness, these disturbances should be removed and the following measures while living a happy and happy life, free from jealousy, hatred, anxiety, bereavement, anger. Should-




1- The first condition of relieving leanness is that you strengthen your digestibility so that eating and drinking is well-meaning in the body and frankly hungry. It can fast for a week in lawful way. The way is that when fasting, take a light meal like moong khichdi a day before. Clean the abdomen by taking 2 spoons of isabgol, corn oil or Triphala with milk or water at night. Close the bread on the second day and feed on seasonal fruits and boiled green greens. Drink only fruit juice a little over 2-3 hours on the third day. Just drink water on the fourth day. Take lemon and honey together. Rejuvenate fruit on the fifth day again. Stay on the sixth day fruit and boiled greens. Gradually increase the dose by starting with one or two chapati on the seventh day. If you clean the stomach by anima for two to three days during this fasting period, better results will be found.



After fasting, hunger is often found to be full and the dose increases. Increased dosage in this way is very helpful in removing leanness.

2- The lean people can take all the nourishing breakfast, but keep it 3-4 hours before meals and after 2-3 hours of sleeping. A nutritious breakfast is that in a little quantity sprout grapes, groundnuts, moongs and sprouts. In this sprouted food, you can consume lemon and a little salt and take it as a snack. If you want to not mix salt, lemon, you can eat it with jaggery or with a bit soaked raisins and dates. If you want to drink a little milk from above. Mix salt, lemon and drink milk.



Apart from this, you can also eat snacks with dates and milk mentioned above or if you are friendly, then take banana-milk. During the winter, laddus prepared with urad flour, acacia gum, country ghee, ashwagandha and dry fruits can also be consumed according to digestion. Nutritious snacks are also many, they can be benefitted by consuming them carefully.

3- Eat plenty of nutritious substances in the midday and evening meals. According to availability, take care of carrot, spinach, chawlai, tindda, paraval and various green vegetables, seasonal fruits, ghee pulse dal, ginger garlic, milk, ghee, butter and rice kheer etc.. Eat the breads wheat If you want, mix 1/3 third of wheat in the wheat and take the pan and eat this flour roti. It is good to take one or two Bananas and Agra Petha or Mango Mango after the meal. Eat less bread at dinner. After eating, the Ashvagandharva recipe described above can also be consumed.

4- Keeping a gap of 8 hours between the two meals, a moderate fruit or juice of the juice can take nutritious snacks during the medieval period.



5- Make a habit of drink after one-and-two hours after drinking water. In addition, drink plenty of water till 6-8 glasses at intervals of one and two hours throughout the day.

6- After eating two or three hours after dinner and drinking a teaspoon of ghee in a lukewarm milk before mixing with sugar or two or three teaspoons of honey. If you wish, milk and dates can be used for further written experiments. Just keep in mind that if you consume this recipe at night, then keep only the quantity of dates in eight-ten days and they will not eat it at all.

7- Doing so, doing your best exercises, Yogasana, Pranayama, all day. Information can be obtained from any book or person in this regard. Remember, with a nutritious diet, it is impossible to work properly without any proper amount of labor, exercise.

General tonic


Arjun Rishta, Shakti Rishta, Ginger Reindeer, Ashwagandha Rishta and Dashmula Rishta - each 500-500 ml .; Iron-bush, asbestos and pure shilajit- 10-10 gms

This is a great general tonic. This increases physical and mental strength. Exhaustion, laziness, weakness comes out and brings goodness and good sleep.



Take white musli and fragrances in equal quantity, make crushing powder and consume it with a small spoon of milk. This increases both the flesh and the force.



Mix the powder of the aromatic powder in the morning and evening with a mixture of 1-1 teaspoon honey and mix it with a palm sugar candy and drink a hot milk. The weakness of the body disappears.

Asparagus, peeled seeds, white muesli, aroma, bumblebee - all 100-100 grams

Mix all things together and grind and crush them. Take this powder in the morning and in the evening empty stomach mixed with 5 to 5 grams in a little bit of ghee. If you want, you can drink lukewarm milk and get a meal. If you want dinner in the evening, you can eat half an hour before sleeping at night. This experiment eliminates leanness, increases power. This is a very nutritious, sophisticated and best-consuming recipe. It should be used with celibacy for about three months.


If the body is lean and it is not due to any particular disease, then take two ripe bananas daily and get hot sugar candy from 1 pound of milk. When boiling the milk, add one or two cardamom also in it. In three or four months the body will start to be fleshy.





Soak 50 grams of raw peanuts in three or four hours water and peel off the peel. Now add 25 grams of country ghee in the embroidery and bake on a low flame. When redness comes, mix 25 grams of sugar in it and grind it 2 times the small cardamom.

By making halwa in this way regular eating of the body for a few days removes the leanness of the body.



125 gram salampanja and 250 grams almond mangi mixed with finely grinding.

By taking this powder with lukewarm sweet milk before morning and evening (2-3 hours after meal), the body's leanness and weakness are removed and sexual promiscuity increases. Useful for both men and women.


Make 60 grams of peeled pudding in half a liter of barley and make regular breakfast for this kheer. If there is no condition of any particular disease, then this experiment takes away leanness in two months.


Boil 15-20 good podkhajur, little raisins, fourth spoon dry ginger, and one-two cardamom in 250 grams milk and mix one spoonful of ghee and take it for about two months as breakfast. Body weakness will be far away. This experiment also removes cough, cold.
